Email from Michele Ann about the Ways & Means Dinner. A HUGE thank you to all of you, especially the girls, for a very successful Ways and Means Dinner this past Sunday. The Chef de Shrine workers were so impressed with the hard work of all of the girls. I also appreciate the hard work of the adults and for driving the girls. The silent auction for the pound items was also successful for HIKE. The Bethels (and extra ones that were brought) are to be commended for their creative ideas - like a pound of pennies in a candle can!
I appreciate the officers bringing the desserts - I should have known you all would come through and we would have enough.

We served about 120 dinners and should clear, once all of the money in in, approximated $1000 for Ways and Means. Thank you to everyone who made it happen. |
Ways & Means Projects
Thanks to Joe for getting us in with the Newtwon Masonic Lodge and their annual fireworks stand. This is the second year we have helped them staff their stand and it turns out to be a fantastic project!
Thanks to our Miss K trio, Ashlee, Hayley and Mariah, as well as Joe, Donna and Brittany for helping out at the stand and doing a little promotion work at the same time
